We are conveniently located in the Preston Center Business District, near the Dallas North Tollway and Northwest Highway (Loop 12). We are a little over five miles north of downtown Dallas, less than three miles from Dallas Love Field, and about 13 miles from DFW International Airport.

Sunday Brunch is not served in the summer months between the Sunday after Father's Day and the Sunday before Labor Day.

The Board of Governors emphasizes the importance of maintaining the dignity and tastefulness of the Club at all times. Members should dress in a manner befitting a distinguished private Club, showing respect and consideration for fellow members who may be entertaining guests or meeting business clients and associates at the Club. Members, we suggest preparing your guests in advance regarding the dress code. 

While jackets are required for gentlemen in the main dining room for dinner Friday and Saturday evenings, ties are optional.  Jackets are available at the Club. Business casual attire such as slacks or Dockers with collared shirts is appropriate. Dark denim jeans with no holes are allowed as well. At no time are t-shirts, shorts, or gym clothing considered proper Club attire.

Club parking is conveniently located in the Sherry Lane Place parking garage adjacent to the building, just west of the front plaza. Please bring your parking ticket to the Club as parking tickets for members and guests will be validated at the Club reception desk. Handicapped/accessible parking is located on Levels 3 and 4 of the garage and provides direct elevator access into the building lobby for those who wish to avoid stairs. Oversized vehicles taller than 6'4" should park in the Visitor parking spots in the plaza across the street due to the low overhead clearance in our garage.

To enjoy dining privileges at the Club, one must be a member of Park City Club or a member of one of our reciprocal clubs. Members may introduce local guests to the Club at any time, provided they are accompanied by the member host. Guests may dine at the Club without a Member in attendance once per quarter. Members must call to secure the reservation in advance so we know the member approved the charges that will appear on their monthly statement. We respectfully request invited guests follow Club standards required of Members, regarding dress and decorum, as befitting membership in a private club.

Reciprocal Club guests should have their home club direct a letter of introduction in advance of their visit to Member Relations Director Julie Hinterthuer at [email protected].

Delivery of items for events including flowers, band/DJ’s, props and other items on carts or too large to carry must use the Freight Elevator. The Freight Elevator is located just inside the main parking garage. Before entering the ticket gate, look/turn left and park near the dumpster. The elevator is located at the end of the hallway beyond the white brick wall.

1) Call the elevator to the ground floor, and then load your items on the elevator.
2) Using the phone built into the wall next to the elevator (do not use a cell phone), dial the main club number. The receptionist will activate the Freight Elevator allowing you to access the 17^th floor. Press 17 and the doors will close behind you.  

No special access is required to return to ground level.
Note: the freight elevator may only be accessed when the receptionist is on duty.

Sherry Lane Place building rules state passenger elevators should be used solely for Members and guests.

We request all members and guests silence cell phones upon entering the Club. Cell phone use is restricted to non-dining areas such as the Reception area, corridors or elevator foyer. Telephones for member use are located in the Reception area and the Onyx Lounge.
